FCA Regulation & Compliance
Offering finance to your customers requires you to be registered and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. If you’re already FCA regulated, great! But what happens if you’re not? No problem.
Pegasus Finance are able to provide FCA regulation for your dealership, giving you your own FCA number and permissions to offer and advertise finance.
We take care of all dealings with the Financial Conduct Authority, taking the headache out of a normally cumbersome and costly process.
If you’re FCA Registered but unhappy with all the admin and jumping through hoops, you might benefit by becoming an IAR (Introducer Approved Representative) under our licence instead.
